After leaving the military, I had a casual chat with Richard to discuss my post-service path. He steered me towards telecommunications courses, which I pursued while still in service. Shortly after, I received a job offer from Richard M.O.S.S. Like "the green stuff" always answers the phone to customers like that. Knowing Richard, I couldn't resist accepting. Despite my lack of experience in the data center world, Richard took a chance on me and guided me over the years. He was not only a mentor but also a humorous and inspiring presence.
